Total Organizer is a very comprehensive personal management software that's mainly designed for use as an agenda.

With it you can create different folders to store meetings, appointments, and pending tasks.

The interface has a small area in the center of the screen where you can quickly see events scheduled for the rest of the week.

What's more, you can set up Total Organizer to advise you ahead of time of which tasks you should prioritize.

It also includes two tools that are pretty standard for this kind of application: a to-do list and a personal address book.
